Does this mean you can only make 1 bid for 1 team for the last 3 hours! Sorry just wondering for exact clarification cause I'm not with it some times and don't want to fuk up!

No, you can post as often as you would like. However, each post can only include 1 bid and each bid has to increase the current bid for that team by at least $5. The rule is in place to prevent a person from bidding on like 10 teams with a minute left in the same post.
