SERIOUSLY, I feel bad for you with the government of the US suppressing you ability to make a decent living from working at home! That's the scam! Every state in the country selling worthless predetermined money making "scratch offs" but gambling with tax money recouped not a good idea! Politicians blow!

No the point was he is set up to bet electronically over the internet. He wouldn't be able to use all his gadgets at a legal B&M joint in the US.
