sure, anything can happen, but traveling to play a team that just shlacked you by 30 in your house is not a good spot to be in... doesnt matter how small the wager, there is -ev and there is -EV .. i wish ya luck, dafty :cheers: but i hate to see guys throwing money away

Ray, I thought we sorted this out a long time ago. We have completely different styles of handicapping.

They lost by 30 at home and now they're only 13 point dogs on the road.

It's contrarian 101.

I know you're smarter than saying it's always -EV to bet big ML dogs

you really need to see some rlm in these big ml plays in order to justify throwing money at it...fact, not really opinion... but gl... i wont offer anymore advice .. i know you didnt put much on the ml so im quite happy to see both of us making some money on this one :cheers:

fwiw, in bold has absolutely nothing to do with contrarian (and actually there was more 1st half and game action on iupu tonight)... and 2, although you can keep getting a better price when the ml grows, you are getting beat by the market, which is -ev... just so you know

i said that thinking you had been watching the market drastically move against a ml dog play all day... you can find some value in big dogs , if the market moves in your favor, which it didnt...and thats when you have to realize they were curbed at home and now are on the road... still, i understand it might have only been 10-25bucks and no big deal

im not sure what sites you look at , but there was nothing contrarian about 1st half or game for iupu .. very even action(except the ml, which moved against them) .. thats why it pays to spend 100 bucks a month on sportsoptions ... fuck, even sbrodds (who uses 5d #s i believe) had more iupu bets
