Im not sure what the exact laws are in Colombia regarding online gambling, but I cant imagine its possible or else someone might have tried. The money laundering laws here make banking transactions difficult though I suppose that stuff is usually done from other countries anyway.

The red tape involved in setting up and running a business here is a pain in the ass and my experiences with lawyers and accountants has all be negative.

I think the market is over saturated anyway. Post up from the USA is almost dead so youd need a big credit operation in the usa and if you have that set up I suppose there are plenty of pph etc type shops you can use. I dont see what this place would offer ahead of Costa Rica-Panama. Office space, etc is probably more expensive here.

For me I like betting, but I wouldnt rule out working the other side some time. Why you ask?

no real reason, was just curious as to if it has crossed your mind...with your knowledge of gambling and how things work...without me asking, you answered other questions i might have had about doing it in your area...and i agree the industry, as a whole, is a bit saturated and with limits on what dumbericans can do, it has to have a huge effect on a lot of places bottom lines...credit is so damn risky too...

its easy Maxxy,

find a bunch of rich 50-80 year old clueless men (and at least one woman full of clues)in a country clubhouse

its pretty easy from there. The rest of life is mowing greens, banging chinks, glamourizing coke into your 50's, posting, and agonizing over watch purchases.
