DSI payout - taking care of business

Wow. Requested mid 4-figures payout via Moneybookers 5 minutes ago and the funds have arrived already.

Nice to hear, but I'm still on an 0 fer payout streak with DSI.

I always wondered how long they took to pay, the website clearly states:

"Request a payout via MoneyBookers and your account may credited within 24 hours,although it can take up to 7 to 10 business days to be processed. Available onlyto non US customers."

I have always found them pretty reliable but I would have expected to wait until tomorrow at least. I would not have felt particularly surprised or put out if showed up some time mid-week.

When the e-mail arrived so quickly with this joyous news, I seriously did a double-take. I figured at first I was misunderstanding and it was just telling me my request had been received. But nope - done deal.

Fees are always a bit high. 75 bucks in this case.

Payouts via moneybookers on Fridays are free, up to $2500. Maybe you should consider this next time.

It is a good point and I did consider it, weighing the 30 dollar savings versus the urgency for the funds.
