They don't treat our lawn for weeds....so it always looks like shit, and the shrubbery is out of control. I've offered countless times to maintain it myself, and they won't allow me to. Like I could make it look any worse, lmao. (I used to work at my grandfathers town houses every summer, so I now how to maintain property, shrubs included).
There is a house down the lane that is owned by people that no longer actually reside there, and the yard is ridiculous, worse then Rays neighbors, it looks like a field of wheat. Drives some of the other neighbors crazy.
 
instead of calling upon the city to lay down the law, i prefer to make the neighbor feel as bad as possible, but some things are beyond control... these clowns have a working riding mower too...how fucking lazy is that :clueless: ... just very frustrating...

the fence, on the right side of my yard, they are responsible for and it is about to come crumbling down in a handful of places...i told them that i would split the cost of a new one (which im not obligated to do) but i will have it built the way i want it and without the studs showing on my side...they have the rest of the week to decide or else the city inspector will pay them a visit... ironic that i think i heard the guy call me a douche bag when he walked away...fuck him
 
See, this is why I don't interact with our neighbors, bunch of nobodies. There is a guy across the way that is just beyond excessive with his fucking bike, can't stand it, dudes a real tool. Better yet, he's the whole damn thing, he's a toolbox
 
Oh and lets not forget the other neighbor swiggin straight out the whiskey bottle.

neighbor to steve "FUCK THAT, IM TAKING THE HAIR OUTTA THE DOG!!" takes a swig and holds the bottle out to me "your turn."
Oh man. LMAO. I think I spilled like a fifth of that bottle on his porch.....oops!
 
Yesterday, I thought that I heard high pitched yelping from one of the dogs next door. It was around this time that Cooper decided that he was going to be housebroken (which he seems to have forgotten today). It was not a dog, it was my neighbor. I went outside to hear, "You're giving me a fucking asthma attack! I can't breathe! Don't worry, you don't have to worry `bout my body cuz I'm done. I'm fucking leaving. FUCKING LEAVING!"

I feel like I should identify myself as a douchebag - for the good of this thread and indeed the forum. But I just ain't a douchebag. I'm useful and helpful and pleasant as fok - and no one better say otherwise.
