Of all the people I know or have known only 1 friends mother has Alzheimers.

My grandparents all lived in to their 80's and 90's and died of a heart attack or stroke - my parents are both still alive and well and healthy, my old man is 77 and in awesome shape, I have to yell at him to not run down the stairs when he has to get something out of the freezer - fucker thinks hes still a teenager.

I gotta disagree that most will get it.

iag...if you live long enough the way you are trying to say it is kind of crazy.

obviously if you live long enough you will die of a heart attack as well. (assuming you don't die from a car accident, cancer, alz, stroke, etc.)
 
so you are saying if we don't get a heart attack or stroke or die of natural causes we will most likely get alz?

obv if you cant get anything else and can't die you are most likely to get the only thing left to get

Also these conditions are not mutually exclusive or necessarily all terminal. There is no cure for Alzheimers. The others you mentioned have cures. ..not sure what you mean by "natural causes."

I don't mean in your initial scenario but in your follow up analysis.

forget what I said...my point was if you made it sound like if we DONT get other diseases we get alz....that is like me saying if you flip a coin and heads doesn't count, it will land on tails....not proving anything.

now you give me some #s like 85 years old...now we are talking
