Oh...it's really not that exciting. ...we are selling some farmland that will enable me to do a lot of things I have been wanting to do for a while ...not the least of which is paying off some debt!

Thanks, I don't want to jinx it. Farmland is in demand and record prices and Andy has given some good advice along with consultants, but my brother (trustee) is in charge of it all so I'm just rolling with it...but it would make it a lot easier to do things like just hire someone to pack up my house and move it out here in one swoop, and do some renovating on the house if I decide to stay here. Just gives me more time to do other things and stop stressing bills etc.
