eating healthy helps kickstart metabolism...there is much to be said about eating 5-7 meals a day and still losing weight... cut out the shit and stay at a caloric deficit and you will lose weight...moderate exercise will speed up the process, of course

1/3 bag of Pirate's Booty

And yes I realize with walking 5 plus miles, that is probably not enough to keep an efficient metabolism going, but I unfortunately am a night eater. I will probably eat tonight.. salad w/ no meat or cheese and Italian lite dressing, the rest of the Pirate's booty and 2 frozen yogurt bars. Maybe a fiber one bar.

I know I need more protein.
 
unless you woke up 9 minutes ago, you arent talking about being hungry all day today? what do you eat on the days when you cant get full? that should have been my question


No..it was Saturday....and it only happens periodically and only on days where I have breakfast. I don't remember.....I went over it later in the day and it was really not much calorie wise.. fruit, crackers & hummus, a handful of cereal, yogurt, so lots of 100 calorie items ...but since I am not used to eating during the day it seemed like it was all day as it was probably every single hour. If I had more protein or fat that day I probably would not have been as hungry.


I generally eat pretty healthy except for popchips/pirates booty and frozen yogurt. And as far as snacks go, I could do much worse. I think as you get older it is just harder. In fact I KNOW that. Fact.
