That's funny what u said about eating breakfast, there must be something to it as it happens to me and all my friends(1) don't know why but it's true, if u don't eat breakfast and the one day u do u starve and want to eat all day...weird

I have always said that too so not sure why I am surprised. I normally just have coffee or red bull in the morning...if I eat solid food I am hungry all day long....I guess I've just been eating fruit and crackers and stuff all day..nothing really big...but seems like I have been eating constantly all day. Weird is right.

I think there is some faulty logic in that link you posted.

I do, however, agree with one excerpt from the article:


"For example, there is good evidence supporting the recommendation to eat a protein-heavy breakfast if you want to lose weight, and even more so if you exercise first thing in the morning to optimize muscle growth and recovery."
