Just watched Sharpe's speech. Yes, that is a great, heartfelt speech.

Zero tomato sauce factor, just a guy being genuine. I loved it.

He does seem to get a couple of barbs in on his mother though. Mentions many times about granny being the person who raised him and made him the man he was. Also the part about once he made money, his mother wanted a fancy car and he got her one, but granny didn't want anything like that, just to have a home that didn't leak when it rained.

Momma got worked!

Cheese factor is perfectly legitimate expression. It just means something is cheesy. You guys never heard of that? That's not a gamelive thing - it's not a new thing - it's been around for decades.

Come on man - cheesy is cheesy.

Urban dictionary must have something on it. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if it is in the Oxford dictionary.

Hang on, lemme see . . .

4. Cheesy

Cheesy is a unique word it's usually used for calling something bad but it isn't directly bad. Cheesy means something that is trying too hard to be good, basically something that's supposed to be good but it isn't and bad.

For example, Twilight is cheesy you can see that they are trying hard for the movie to be good but it's just a cheesy vampire story.

Jersey Shore is cheesy because they are trying too hard to be 'cool' while it's just bunch of crap.

No question it was very apt to apply the term "cheese factor" to Deion Sanders' crisp head.

Yep, but his Mom didn't look too pissed or anything. Maybe he was just using it as a way to illustrate what kind of person his grandma was. He may have even talked about it beforehand with his mother. Perhaps they wanted to dedicate it to his grandmother, or perhaps his mother was too stupid to figure out his grandma meant more to him that she did. I don't know. Either way, that was a great acceptance speech. That part where his brother is behind him and just loses it, that part and on is the bulk of the speech. I don't even think he looked at his notes after the first 7 or 8 minutes. He just flowed.
