Shannon Sharp's speech was amazing, and real. And it showed.

I am re-watching it and have decided after the first comment, you can skip until about 6 minutes in. Then the stories start. Up till then it's all thank-you's and whatnot. Yeah he has some mushmouth going on for sure at times.
