Some time ago, you told me that I needed to try bacon cooked in the oven. I resisted, claiming that bacon was made to be cooked in my cast iron skillet (and it still does). However, tonight, I put the bacon in the oven. Nice, crispy bacons. Very crispy bacons. I like the clean up as well.
