Yeah. In all those circumstances they aren't prescribed to you or you aren't possessing them for prescribed purposes (intent to distribute).

You are 100% wrong that "possessing prescription pills without the prescription bottle.is a.felony." its a ludicrous wrong statement. That statement is false.

But isn't the whole point that IAG was going to bring pills that she DOESN'T have a RX for?

:dunno:

MrX
Nothing is easier than going into Mexico. You'll barely even notice it.

I remember my first trip to the Bahamas, Bahamian immigration officer sitting back in his chair at the booth with his feet up.

Barely glances at my passport and says have a nice vacation.

Going in to Cuba one time and I had a box of canned food and other foodstuffs in my bag - it was the last bag to come out on the carousel, they call me over and say they want to inspect it, when they see its just canned food they send me on my way.

The US is probably the most difficult country to enter, even for Americans.

Relax - MrX is right. You're a white woman coming from a direct flight from the United States, you won't get hassle by the Mexicans. Going outbound don't do anything crazy like hiding in your crotch or tampon etc, that will only arise suspicions going through security. Coming back don't bring anything.

Unrelated, know that US ICE now have the legal right to go through your smartphone and laptop. If you do not consent or cooperate with passwords etc they have the right to confiscate it for lab inspections. If you do consent they can question you about anything on the device even if it's not travel related. At borders you do not have full rights even if you're American citizen.
