at 10:01 I burst out laughing "I...I'm a mess" so funny watching Coug lose control as the day goes on

Unreal finish Coug classic vid

I was laughing pretty hard at that part too. Nice ending Coug!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cougayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I loved the video! Of course I enjoyed the shout out and will return it.
As far as the ribs, I'd like to know more about your rub, I look forward to trying your method once we get a larger grill! They look awesome! Good job Coug.

Oh yeah, and I dig the new digs! Nice place! :bumpforgregm::pikachu:

Glad everyone liked it.

I'll be honest when I was editing and it came out to 13 minutes I was like FUCK now what do I do?

Figured I'd just leave it all in there.

I still smell like Red Stripe by the way.

I'll post the rub sometime tonight.

Haven't watched yet but will do so! I have to take notes or I'll forget something! CB, did spare ribs years back on grill and were pretty good but came out slightly burnt on outside cause had to make sure they were cooked thoroughly! Still think of you every time I do the pulled pork! Yummy! Might never have tried it without your vid!

The rub (coat on thick)

1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 tablespoons sea salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons celery seeds
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 tablespoon cayenne (adjust for heat-these were not hot so 1 tablespoon would be "mild")

Woooooo. Love Ribs. Thanks CB and Cami!

This road could be dangerous. I need to hit the gym and lose some since I'm sitting on my ass most of the day. Instead I'll be reading GL and cooking and eating myself silly. Option 2 sounds more fun though.
