when I did batting practice.

I hit about 15/20 balls grounders to 3rd, as I was trying for a homer...

finally hit one deep to center but only like 300 feet

I'm not much of a pull hitter anyways...(too much whiffle ball as a kid)

but yeah I'd love to have a chance to get those 20 pitches back and not TRY SO HARD and look like a goober

Yeah wood bat

Brother played I believe 3years of various A balls and like 4 years of AA. Never got any higher. Played some big league spring training games, including 1 Dodgers v Angels game that was played here in Angels Stadium. That was cool at least for the family to see.

I have been all over the Carolinas to watch him play. Besides the humidity, I loved it out there.
 
I love the Sally League and the Carolina League....

at charleston the game announcer roams around the stadium the whole time, with a wireless head set on...

he looks like adam sandler's caddy from happy gilmore...
 
Yeah Minor League games are great. Here is SoCal, in the last 10 years, they have built like 4 or 5 new stadiums for the various teams. Very cool places to play. I try to tell people, especially with kids, to take them to some games out there.
