This little boy in the video thinks Capriles won and cant believe it when his mom and uncle tell him that chavez won reelection.

The uncle says Chvez won, then the kid says: Capriles won. "Capriles won" and then asks his mom and the realization hits the little boy Esteban that it is going to be 4 more years of the Chavez show

You know I was going to write the cliche response that Cuba has some of the best doctors in the world, but yeah good question. I know he went to Sao Paulo a couple of times last year.
