To close the obvious loophole: without bending your knees?
I can not.
I think I am in very good shape (for an old guy) but through the summer months it is mostly from bicycle riding which apparently does not translate to great flexibility.
My indoor winter workout involves more stretching and I was just trying to touch my toes and the closest I could get was about 8 inches. I imagine if I stick with it I will reach the toes eventually but it was a pretty sad display.
