I haven't been hearing anything Nina. Mainly cause I haven't been listening. I lose interest in capping games about the 3/4 part in the season so I tend to tune out on all the news as well.

I can't imagine Fischer would leave FSU after waiting so long to get that position. Course strange happen sometimes.

It's funny how things go sometimes. I turned on the nd/USC game with no bias I was aware of. But I immediately started cheering for USC. No idea why; some kind of subconscious thing kicked in.

Rumors of the Nebraska coach taking the Auburn job also, makes zero sense. Nebraska is better than every SEC job outside of Bama and maybe LSU.

Yes he had to wait but has done a decent job rebuilding that program that had sagged some during Bowden's latter years. But why would any good coach want to stay in that conference? Yes he can dominate it but so what? Does anyone respect them for football? If he has a chance to jump to the SEC (which my homerism believes is the best conference) why wouldn't he? There has been talk about some of the booosters still not liking how Bowden was eased out and don't get along with him that well. One loss and FSU drops from consideration completely because of their conference. One loss and Bama is in the thick of it because of their conference.

I haven't heard Pelini mentioned here. I have heard Jimbo. A lot recently. Nebraska is a great job. In a conference that is a heck of a lot better than the ACC.

I was 0-2 on my NCAAF totals today.

Had the Ohio State / Mich OVER 54 - scored 41 pts first half and 6 second half = loss

Had UCLA / Stan UNDER 51, they scored 52 by the 3rd qtr and zero in the 4th = loss.

Wally, so Notre Dame is #1 again. wow! it's been a long time. When I went to Colorado U, freshman year, we were undefeated and lost to them for the Championship in 1990 Then beat them a couple years later.

Wally why is Ohio st #4 on one of the poles and totally missing in the other?

Due to their being on suspension the BCS Poll doesn't recognize them. The AP Poll not only recognizes teams serving suspension it said it would also acknowledge them as co-champions should it come out that way. It won't come out that way.
