Here are MLBTR's projections for what restricted Free Agents are projected to be (type A, B or nothing) for all the positions
I was pleasantly suprised with the pirates list...Lee, Ludwick, Doumit and, surprisingly, Snyder would all be Type Bs.
I just don't think it is worth the chance to offer anything to those guys except maybe Lee..
