Feet to the fire, would you rather die of ALS or throat cancer (assuming you died 4-5 years after being diagnosed)?

Is ALS aka Lou Gehrig's disease? I'm too lazy to open a new tab to look but I'm assuming it is. I'd have to opt for throat cancer. Coming down from a poppers fueled weekend, I've experienced overly relaxed sphincters and I don't want to deal with that all day. If my time was up really up and the quality of life means it's not worth living, I'd probably fly to Switzerland and go to one of the suicide clinics they have there.
