Tooth wasn't lost camping. Was lost doing in a face plant in my brother's garage while playing beerpong. I wore the half tooth for about a month before it got fixed.

No to sbr. Got too busy and the points thing took over...rarely look there anymore. Would be impossible to halfway follow.

Couple of months or more.

Messed up both knees (were already bad to start with) last time I drank on Memorial day...fire/rain/mud/drunk and slipping everywhere= tore up knees. Doing fst-7 and just using box squats to just below parallel as a warmup and don't go heavy. Been doing 275x8 for the warmup sets.

No idea on military press. Been a long while with a nagging injury and haven't done a lot of shoulder work lately outside of some db work. Usually just do db shoulder press with 75s.
 
Dio I think you've been much more active in lifting over the past few years

I still lift 1-2x a week but I'll just do some miltarys, rows, squats, chins and dips.... but no deadlifts which was always my strongest lift...

I thinking of making a powerlifting comeback and getting 1 meet in before jan 1

i'lll just compete at whatever I weight and not drop weight... I wanna Pull 575-600 and then start cutting down to under 198 lb class by this time next year.

if you hadn't done dead's or lower back work for 2 years, what would you do to focus on deads if you only had 8 weeks to prepare?
 
Workouts are usually near top priority. Can't beat the feeling. I tread water too much because fat gain comes way too easy for meI'm no good at deads...my grip sucks. Can get 300x8 to 10 so not the best to ask. I love rack pulls from a few inches below the knees (or wherever your sticking point is) to really blast lower back though.
 
yeah I was thinking one day of 3x3 pyramiding up over the time period

and one day in the power rack with my goal weight, starting with the pins just below lockout and removing a pin a week...

powercleans or snatchs 8x3 in between that with a weight around 40% of my max power clean...focusing on explosion and hip drive
