Florida Gulf Coasts head coach, Andy Enfield, may not be used to the sudden notoriety that a second-round upset over Georgetown brought him. But his wife, Amanda Marcum, is used to the spotlight as a former Maxim model. The story of the twos first date is right in line with Florida Gulf Coasts underdog story. Enfield was introduced to his wife through a mutual friend. Their first date was to a St. Johns NIT game at the Carnesecca Arena in 2003.

Enfield wasnt familiar with the restaurants in Queens, so he figured hed see what was open on campus. Taco Bell was the only restaurant open late. I got her a nice burrito, and we sat behind the bench, Enfield said to Newsday. I figured if she still likes me after Taco Bell and a basketball game . . . Its the classic old story: Boy meets girl, boy takes girl to basketball game, boy and girl eat at Taco Bell, girl happens to be Maxim model.
