That looks legit Tron. I'm not sure I'm truly doing keto either - it's more of a low-carb, calorie-restricted diet. I'm not stuffing my face with bacon and mayonnaise. I'm actually busting my daily limit of carbs and coming up short in the fat department.

Eating only 19g of carbs a day is really hard. Fuck, you have to go easy on frickin' carrots.

Not that you asked but carrots are my least favourite vegetable. I have to motivate myself to eat them. I find the best way is to bake them until they become soft and caramelize.

I have no problems scarfing down green beans, broccoli, sprouts from Brussels, Swiss Chard etc. But carrots? Seriously?
