Reno or Kato maybe you guys can answer this question then that follows up to your responses.....

I finally got a hold of my insurance claims adjuster. I told him i had experienced a injury from the car accident and had been seeing a doctor regarding this injury. I asked him if it was within my medical coverage in my car insurance package to get reimbursed for out of pocket expenses. He told me any medical issues would be dealt with your medical insurance and not your car insurance. He said if you want to get reimbursed for co payments then you would need to contact the other car insurance company. He did however state that the other drivers insurance is denying liability for the accident. My car insurance company said they found me not at fault for this accident. is that kind of like both insurances pleading no contest? I can only imagine the laugh id get calling another car insurance company asking for reimbursements.

If anyone has any advice here for me on this situation besides " contacting a lawyer" let me know. If that is the only option i might just skip the process.

that would answer your question. I wouldn't take it lightly by only seeking $400. You don't know what kind of long term problems this can cause, get an expert opinion.

expert meaning doctor or lawyer? i asked a question above as well if you have any advice for me. I guess this is the guesswork you get with a shitty cheap insurance company. Them just telling you since were not liable( since we found you not at fault) you need to contact the other insurance company( but by the way their denying liability as well).

I would say both, but a lawyer is a good idea. Of course, your insurance company would like you to go after the other guy, while his company would tell you to go after your own. It's a very convenient scam that they typically pull, in the hopes the client just gives up. I'm sure there are many lawyers that would love to talk to you for free. Protect your rights, nobody else will.

Pretending to be black when not being one must be a new fad. It's like when I was pretending being a Mexican in the 90's.

or pretending to be Sakis Rouvas, and army ranger, 5 year starting college Linebacker in the 2000's, ect

many of us play make believe on the internet....

I'm actually a Chinese butch lesbian living in Ontario

this happens all the time....... a good doctor and a good lawyer are always a good tag team.

in all honesty, gut up the 15bucks for a few phys therapy sessions and see what they are going to have you do...after that, it will be a waste of time and money to you...do you own therapy at home or gym unless you want to be treated like an 80 yr old...

Waiting 3 weeks to see a doctor will hurt you with medical claims. What's to say you didn't slip and fall somewhere? (I am a paralegal so I only play a lawyer 5 days a week) You do need to contact an attorey. With car accidents a lot will take the case and take a percent of any monies you receive. Take a copy of the accident report, medical records and insurance with you to the appointment. Any other questions, just PM me in my naughty box!!:yeahsure::yeahsure::yeahsure:

then they rake 55% of your settlement
