People who think that more scoring in soccer means a better game are idiots. My favorite game is a 2-1 game with 20 shots on target from each team. A 5-4 game with 8 shots on target from each team is not necessarily a good game.

I heard there were quite a few botched calls. 1 was against the goalie for hangin on to the ball too long. Apparently it was a bogus call. whatever.

I could be wrong but on replay maybe that call was for the goalie kicking the ball out after going over the line? Announcers seem to miss looking at the replay!
