Racing have not won since January 15, a run of eight matches, and make the trip to Espanyol having suffered consecutive defeats to Rayo and then Barcelona. The visitors, who have won just once away from home all season, are three points from safety and Cervera is targeting a return of six points from their next three games.

Roma head into this game currently placed in 6th place in the Serie A league table and five points behind Udinese who occupy the final European qualification place in 5th position. Roma really must win this game monday evening if they are to stand any real chance of catching Udinese for that 5th place.



Genoa head into the game placed in 13th position of the league table and with no hope of qualification to Europe next season and eight points clear of the relegation places, there season is pretty much over and with them having not won a game in their last five league games its difficult to see them causing Roma too many problems here.

ITALY SERIE A: Fiorentina VS Juventus 3/18 3:45AM GMT+8

Fiorentina have picked up only one win in their last five games at the Artemio Franchi. The Viola have conceded six goals in their last three encounters. Cesare Natali and Mario Santana will miss the match due to injury. Alberto Gilardino leads the team in scoring with 11 goals.



Juventus are currently riding a three-game winning streak. The Bianconeri have won 65 out of the 144 meetings with the Viola in Serie A. Juventus have scored nine goals in their past four matches. Alessandro Matri has four goals in his last four games. Juve have earned 10 points in their last five games.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE: Wigan Athletic Vs West Bromwich Albion 3/17 11PM GMT+8

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez is waiting on the fitness of striker Hugo Rodallega and midfielder Albert Crusat. Rodallega picked up a knock to his knee during last weekend's 1-1 draw against Norwich while Crusat injured a toe in training. Goalkeeper Michael Pollitt is estimated to be 10 days away from a return after suffering a shoulder injury and midfielder David Jones is still sidelined with a knee problem.



West Brom centre-back Jonas Olsson is suspended for the away trip after his sending off against Manchester United at Old Trafford last weekend. Craig Dawson and Gabriel Tamas will be vying to partner Gareth McAuley at the heart of the Albion defence. Right-back Billy Jones is also available again after recovering from a hamstring injury. Striker Peter Odemwingie has only an outside chance of being fit because of a calf problem. Shane Long, Somen Tchoyi and Simon Cox are in contention to replace the Nigerian international.

JAPAN J-LEAGUE DIVISION 1: Kashima Antlers Vs Kawasaki Frontale 3/17 1PM GMT+8

Kawasaki started with a narrow 1-0 win over Niigata in the first game of the season last week, but had to work hard for it and did not seem in top condition. Kashima lost 1-0 away to Sendai in an emotional game one year after the earthquake and tsunami that hit the Sendai area. Both teams need more time to settle and create understanding.



Kashima - with a new coach and many changes in the playing area looked far from a team. Nozawa, having moved to Vissel Kobe, will be missed on set pieces and this could have a big negative effect on the team. Kawasaki will be happy with a first win and three points last week but they, too, were far from being ready to challenge for honours this season.
