Last stakes win was a last year and came in 3rd last month in Louisiana Derby. Are we going with “Jace’s Road” ???
I want your opinions…![]()
I’m using Two Phil’s in my 4 horse exacta box. That Im sure ofI watched the LA derby and was not impressed by the race generally. Kingsbarn walked on the front end and did what a horse is supposed to do in that spot (win), but not impressively. Jace's Road did not mount much of a challenge. I'm likely not putting Jace's Road in my trifecta and not putting Kingsbarn on top.
I actually kinda like the horse that won the Jeff Ruby Stakes at Turfway, Two Phil's. I don't ever really care about the synthetic to dirt knock, the race was fast and TP won impressively (decent and widening margin, 3-wide trip). Definitely putting this horse in every spot in my trifecta (including to win).
Gotcha! Thanks!Last stakes win was a last year and came in 3rd last month in Louisiana Derby.
Not feeling it
I consider this a surprising move. I get it that Blazing wouldn’t have had much a chance in the derby and the Preakness may suit him better, but still a surprise.Blazing Sevens out, Jace's Road in.
Hoping Skinner or Mandarin Hero draw in. If they do ill include either in my top 3.
Horse always in the money this year. Need to watch video of the last 3 races. I assumed I bet on them, except for the Feb 12th outing.Wild on Ice (Sunland Park horse) out and Skinner in. Very interesting option.
