Has anyone ever worked in a place where co-workers stole other people's lunches? Not me, but it happens where my wife works.

I had an idea or lead stolen from me once. I'll never forget the guy boasting how he landed the lead as a new client.

I worked at a place where one employee was stealing the wives of his co-workers.

I'll never forget his name - Lance.

Lance Romance.

PS: (William) Billy Shmo and Lance used to be friends, until Lance stole Shmo's wife.

Any leads/files are and you have to go ape shit or they'll run all over you - it just can't happen that way unless you've sat down and made an agreement with someone, for instance sometimes there could be extenuating circumstances and you talk it out. If you can't talk it out you get with a higher up and the three of you talk it out.

Lunch theft is fucking ridiculous and can't happen. Where does that go, people hiding their lunched in their desk? Lunch being secured should not ever be a thought. Caught stealing even one cracker? Fired for insubordination imo.

Matty for your proposed solution the idea is to avoid a riot.

You're fired.
