was very happy to have some oats for breakfast this morning...cravings are brutal... constantly hungry and growing tired of chicken and steak... will cook some chops later or tomorrow...i did invest on 3 different flavor protein powders...it helps...holding 176ish/13%bf
 
RR this might sound like I'm joking but I'm not. I've been lifting at a decent pace for a couple months now and after every work out I like to down a can of tuna fish. A beer too, but I already know the beer's dumb. Do you agree with the tuna?
