Phone rings and shows "blocked number" so I answer.
Guy on the other end says hey plom what are the lines today?
Then he proceeds to ask me if I want to make money betting his bosses plays - his boss hits 7-10 of all his bets on college football and NFL.
I tell him I don't bet college and I only dabble in NFL betting a max of $250, I prefer betting hockey.
Amazingly enough, his "boss" also hits at 70% on NHL and why don't I want to make money following his plays?
We all know why.
This dude was so fucking lame sounding and horrible at his job I just couldn't ditch him until I heard more. We all know sales guys are supposed to ask open ended questions and not ask questions that can be answered with a "no".
This guy is gonna starve to death if he is on commission.
I'd like to know which book gave him my number.
