I just ate world's best frosted Christmas cookie. And it brought friends.

I want to have stuff around for mom, but I should buy stuff I don't like. I'm torn between not having anything sweet in the house, and saying "fuck it" til after Christmas. If I do the later I am scared I will say "fuck it" til the New Year.

You know how long it takes on the treadmill to burn off some of that stuff? A lot.

IAG, don't fight the urge, eat until you no longer feel like it.

You have my blessing.

I personally will be pigging out during my time in Toronto and Niagara Falls. Mother will have cooked plenty to eat, as will my aunt in the Falls.

I may need to start shopping at the big and tall stores in 2014.

I gained 6-8 over the week around thanksgiving.

Vowed to lose 20 by the time I returned to my mothers house after stepping on her scale. Lost 9 lbs in first week then another 2 for a totaling eleven as of last Friday morn. But I got sick and haven't worked out for a week.

Will try to limit my gorging and drinking to just two days in Pa and OH

How the heck did you lose 9 lbs in a week Archie? I actually lost weight over Thanksgiving. Not sure how that happened. There were a lot of mashed potatoes and dressing going down in the 605.

Cami and I were talking about Gelato. I had never heard it but am a big fan of frozen dairy products. I bought some today. It looks good. I didn't know what brand or anything to buy. ...I'm curious what it tastes like. This is something like caramel and cookie crunch flavor. Danger. On the upside I started my "official" training yesterday and will crank it up in January. Wings sound good right now. Damn Plommer. You've unleashed a monster.

I've gained about 6-7lbs since my wedding in April. Bout 3 have been in the last month. However, wife and I started a workout challenge this week (sat ends week 1). Work out 5 days a week. There is a low bar for working out, basically some (15mins?) of meaningful activity. Don't get to 5 and you have to put $100 from your monthly discretionary budget in the kitty... Least in the kitty last week of fab gets the whole shebang.
