No CG, I am not a doctor. My job of 16 years in Denver was eliminated in a merger 2 years ago. At that time I came "home" to care for my mom with Alzheimers. I probably always had low level depression but the 24/7 caregiver role really brought it out. I have been on ambien for as long as I can remember....just recently became interested in Melatonin. Along with Ativan and oxycodone I can usually sleep fairly well despite circumstance, but am trying to get off most of the meds. I had my first therapy session today and had the same type of experience that you described ...I didn't come out of there feeling like there was a good end plan in place.
In any case, I can empathize with you as I am a well educated, self declared crazy person with a tendency to overshare. A lot we do not have in common as well. Something about a toilet paper roll I heard about... I just think you are an interesting person. Whatever people might say and with my limited knowledge of you I can say I agree with some and disagree with some, there is no denying you are interesting...at least to people like me who find most peope interesting. I really believe anyone's life would make a good autobiographical read if put together well enough. We are all interesting.
That's all. Good luck on the job hunt and Blitty ...good luck in your romantic endeavor. I don't know much about you, but it appears that you are happy, and being in love is the BEST.
