Gotta be the national TV game on Fox this weekend! Atlanta comes in at 6-0 and Philly is struggling at 3-3! Line varies from say Eagles −2.5 to say others like Pinny at −1! Appears to me to be one of those situational plays of Philly covering?

A loss here and this could be the beginning of the end for this guy!

The ONE FACT hard to ignore ..........

The record is uncanny in that the Eagles have never lost a game following their week off during Andy Reid’s 13 seasons as the head coach. This season, however, could present the biggest challenge toward extending the streak.

The Eagles are facing the undefeated Atlanta Falcons in their first game back on Sunday. The Falcons are also coming off their bye week, which negates any advantage the Eagles might get with an extra week of rest. And yet, the Eagles need this win perhaps more than any other during their previous 13 week-after-bye games.

Could it be a 2 point win by the Eagles and happy bettors all the way around? Please help me win or not lose money being a homer!

Atlanta scores 28 points per game. Eagles score 17 points per game. Eagles are favored by 2.5 points. You do the rest of the math.

 First off thanks Stevie for your backing! Saulty, what you say a little 2 drink wager when we meet up? Give you +2 and Falcons! I feel slighted doing that looking at your above calculations but you're the engineer so who's to argue!

Saulty, already responded in thread but not to this! Hmmmm! No way you have a silent partner you're waiting for to give you the OK, right? I already ran into that issue not that long ago with another poster! :wha:

What am I saying ..... no way this can be plus you be the brains of the operation anyway, not so in the other poster's case!

RR, lots of rain forecasted for Sunday in Philly and IMO that tends to even up games! Of course the unpredictable could happen with Eagles up 4 and Atlanta driving near the end and a wet ball is fumbled and is taken back by the Birds for a TD!

RR, I have quite an imagination but you know being a big golfer looking over a shot to the green, just visualize baby!
