Outdoor reception yes, we have discussed having the ceremony on the beach. NO WA
As far as the weather, tents. good or bad, good for shade, bad to protect from the rain, and we could even get the kind that has like the sheer fabric sides that you can tie up if it's nice or leave down if its not.
I personally just hope it isnt too windy.

I'm thinking have the reception somewhere along the beach, like a banquet hall or something where the reception can be easily held outdoors and if it rains, again, either tents or it can be taken in doors......??????????

think about separating the wedding day and the "reception" day...

too much planning for one day, and you go crazy planning it and don't enjoy it when it comes because its just too much to take in....

do what you want for the wedding, everyone always gives in to what others' expect of them for ceremonies... fok that...

if you want to recite your vows whilst having butt sex in the shower with Cinderella playing on your ipod, go for it, i'm sure you can find a minister online that will accomodate that.

make the reception, an embodiment of the kind celebration you would want to be a part of, where you would want to, when you want to ect....

let your creative young minds go crazy and make the planning minimal!

I personally wouldn't mind a nice, light, but elegant ceremony, and a kick ass but respectable reception, and a BADASS after party.
