Reno, I was mainly uncomfortable because I was taking a picture which I don't like doing. Plus I was mentally trying to squeeze into the group without touching others and the whole time wondering if that IPhone camera had a wide angle lens.

FOK me for thinking simply keeping the calories to a minimum would work and FOK me again for watching that video yesterday that said many of the things I am doing are all wrong!

FOK you video people for telling me that whole wheat bread is turning to sugar in my system and slowing down or stopping my weight loss. FOK you again for telling me that avoiding sugar and instead using Equal or Sweet-n-Low is killing my attempts to lose weight. FOK you again for trying to get me to eat more instead of less when I’m perfectly happy staying under 1100 calories a day.

FOK U genetically unchallenged great metabolism types that don’t have to go through this hell just to play with the petals of a certain Savannah’ite when she tires of sitting on the couch holding some temporary guys hand.
