What? :lol: You've completely misread both posts.

1) The guy's intent was what got to me, not whatever words he used. He went on TV and the bulk of his argument was that the girl shouldn't have acted like she did. If you don't see how retarded he looks as an interviewee, you might well be the same kind of high-functioning sociopath he is.

2) I had to wiki this one to make sure, but a double standard is indeed a "different set of principles" (illicit drug A is ok to abuse on a daily basis, illicit drug B is not) applied to similar situations (the daily intake of illicit drugs).

Meet my coworker. He goes to work early just so his morning toke can fade away before coworkers get in. Then as soon as he gets off work he packs a bowl in his car, which will tide him over until he gets home and sets up his vaporizer, which he will refill at least once during the evening. 7 days a week.

When I told him how I used to carry snow in my pocket at all times and often stopped in public bathrooms to have a fix, he went wide-eyed.

So...did he ever say that he thinks toking daily is a positive thing, like taking a multi-vitamin? Or he just considers it not as bad as blow?
 
He's a graphic designer - he says it helps get his creative juices flowing. He also claims various benefits like increased focus at work and in his athletic performance (he plays semi-competitive soccer several times a week.) Denies any harm to his lungs, citing his soccer prowess.

His group of close friends all seem to share the belief that weed is this all-natural, quasi-holy drug-that's-not-really-a-drug. Talk to him about MDMA and his answer is always something like "I'm beyond that. These chemical drugs will fok you up."
