I know your the experienced one with this cleansing, but I'm thinking every day has to be rough with this diet! :dunno:
 
Dafty, we need to know what you are intaking? Thought you would be undating us on the cleansing!

I know people who do the buy at the store type cleansing and always thought it was crap like taking diet pills and so forth! But your one does sound organic which probably is lot healthier!

So don't be so sensitive and please get on with your thread! :yes:

but when the mind is made up.......

can also be a stoic, stone cold sober healthy guy for a month. just with the flip of the switch

will power is a great thing, and God gave it out in triplicate to Joe....

Got delayed on starting THE CLEANSE

This is the morning of DAY 3

Some highlights (lowlights depending on the reader):

-Juicer was $90 after tax
-Juices taste way better than I had imagined.
-I have a 20oz glass of juice (veggie/fruit combo) 6 times a day
-It's amazing how much fruit/vegetables it takes to get 20oz of juice
-Feeling a little loopy from TheCleanse. I'm not constantly starving like I thought I'd be.
-I'm able to have veggies I normally wouldn't go anywhere near (beets/ginger) because their taste is masked by things like carrots/apples/blueberries
 
did you try to get rid of foods that might tempt you on the fast?

how many Kcals do you think you are getting?

what are your poopy doopy's like?

erections?

what type of music are you craving listening too? any Enya
 
define eating healthy? Mostly making it myself, eating about 6 small meals a day

smoothie when I get up (about 4:30 am) 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 raw organic egg, blueberries raspberries (or whatever I have)

Make oatmeal to take to work 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup heated almond milk with cinnamon and maple syrup.

snack about 10 o clock 1 pear and some cashews/almonds.

lunch 2 cups greens with some avocado bell peppers onions and 4 oz cooked chicken

snack about 2:30 to 3:00 Almond butter and an apple

dinner something like beef vindaloo with quinoa and broccoli.

making sure I drink about 2 litres of water a day and walking at least 1/2 an hour to an hour each day.
