You can't tell me you didn't like that

Coug's no doubt at least in this pic she is cute but then she starts to talk, pass.

Everyone is all high on Virginia Tech and I can understand that looking at their schedule. Personally I don't think they win the ACC due to FSU. So I guess I see an outside shot for the Nole's but very slim.

Wisconsin has a legitimate shot I think but I'll likely not do a future on them. I think they win the Big 10 (11? 12?) though even with Nebraska in the mix.

Oklahoma obviously has a real solid chance with Landry running the show.

Crazy as it sounds a long shot for consideration might be given to Stanford but I'll not be risking anything on them.

I concentrate mostly on the SEC for obvious reasons and I really believe South Carolina has a legitimate chance but it all boils down to Spurrier and Garcia. They have the talent to be in the conversation though.

I don't have any good ideas other than Nebraska, Boise St., WVU, Northwestern*** will really suprise this year..... also I think Pitt does well

but college football is like 2nd to last on my list of sports I bet and follow next to hockey.... we need Vegas Dave

Cougar who is that Riggs guy anyways? Local sports radio guy?

Cougar, ever go to the "House Cafe" in Dekalb? I might go see a few bands there in september. how far is that from rockford?

Riggs is just another capper, but yes he does a radio show...he didn't start until last year. Great guy, was fun, might do another one this year.

Never been to the House Club. Not far, like 45 min drive. Would probably have to be a weekend night though. Let me know who you pan on seeing.

Flatfoot 56

Celtic Punk band from the south side of chicago

real good mosh pit kinda band.... they gots bagpipes and everything. the lead singer is like 6'11 and is a legit Giant....Alysia met him before meeting me. But I became friends with him and his brothers....

they have had a bunch of songs in that sons of anarchy show....

here is one of my faves though its a bit slower...

After the 3rd week I do the lines on Sunday before the openers come out. As soon as the openers are released I check my lines against the opening lines and grab the ones that qualify as plays. If it's a bigger type game i might wait a while and see what the line movement is.

It's difficult to say how I determine which qualifiers I play and which I pass on because I don't know myself from week to week. I do know that playing all qualifiers blindly is no better than about 50% though.

I realize after reading that, that I basically just said my program is no better than a coinflip. It's actually a little better than that because it eliminates a good majority of games and allows me to concentrate on on those that qualify. I can then research those games in more detail to elect the plays.

The countdown is in the final phase and we are just a couple days away from getting to what many of us love watching as much or even more than wagering on. I have 5 games on tap for this opening week. I am not betting them heavy or even a full unit because until teams have some games under their belt no-one has anything more than speculation and expectations for these squads.

Week #1 Plays:

Kentucky -19.5
South Florida +10
Indiana -7
Boise State -3
LSU +2

Just playing these for $30 each just to get my toes wet.
