ever? months. recently a couple weeks. im an idiot, i will stop. too easy here my dad has a fully stocked bar at all times. got to get back home.

Do you exercise? I used to get this sometimes, went away after I started exercising. But it could be a number of things....trapped gas, it could be gallstone, liver problems. Maybe you should go get checked out just to be sure. Or exercise for 20-30 minutes a day so your heart is healthier.
