Not much going right for the ND football program these days. Kid sounded like he was kidding around at first but then realized how scary it really was. Very sad!

The school will get sued. I'm pretty sure the lift manufacturer has a big sign on the lift indicating not to be operated at certain wind speeds.

The guy was a film major so I doubt he had any understanding on how much wind force is required to topple the lift. I'm curious to know if he was wearing a safety harness because last time I had to go on a scissors lift to check out a roof I had to put all kinds of harnesses and hard hat to be allowed on and had to have someone operate it for me.
