I felt depressed last night and started dwelling on shit and all of a sudden got the urge to stab myslef in the forehead. I know it was stupid but i needed to unleash my rage i guess. Anyway its real swollen right know and i think it might be infected cuz the swelling is spreading. Im too ashamed to go to the doctor soo im just gonna ride it out see what happens.
