Why the Red Sox slow start will not scare me

I can see how this team will pull a NY Yankee and have a mediocre first quarter of the season. I can seem them causing a whole bunch of Sox fans to yell "the sky is falling" and a bunch of Yankee fans to laugh and taunt. This team is built for the long haul. Even if Texas sweeps them this weekend, I have no worries.

No, I know that. I can see the Red Sox starting the season slowly, that's all. This team reminds me of a couple of Yankee teams of recent years that started slowly and came on later in the season. That's all I am saying.
