now the genting group of malaysia, one of the owners of the singapore canisos, bought oceanfront land in downtown miami where the miami herald is currently at, right next to aa arena, very nice area if you never been there, for close to a quarter billion dollars. huge real estate deal, huge bet. and they have started a 10 year lobbying plan to get tallahassee and dade county to make miami the next las vegas full on. and who have they hire to execute everything? the dude in the picture!
