Tron thinks one a day after cardio or resistance training will suffice.

Traft-Other than being sick today (which did not happen yesterday) is it bad from a nutrition/health to use as breakfast and lunch replacement? I tend not to eat during the day so I thought this was a good compromise.

p.s. I haven't forgotten Saulty's Red Bull and chicken suggestion...the shakes are just so easy.

Tron hates this. Eat fruits, veggies, low sodium turkey, low sodium tuna etc during the day. Only use protein shakes after cardio or resistance training otherwise you will feel BLOATED a lot.
