added new video embeds, raw video files in .webm .ogg or .mp4 can be posted, just like posting gifs or jpgs

webm is a video format that has gotten popular on the web, bypass sucky players from video sites like youtube, vimeo or liveleak

they autoplay, loop and are muted, way faster loading than gifs
