Sad news if you're a hockey fan especially a Canadian based hockey fan or former player.

I'll pull a Deuce (Douche) on you. When I played my Major Junior hockey in Ontario, the Sher-Wood PMP was by far my fav stick to use. Not once have I ever shot a puck with one of those new composite sticks. Long live the wooden hockey stick.

Hockey sticks manufactured in China is just wrong and plain dangerous. Especially composite sticks manufactured in China. The NHL better get ready for more stoppages in play due to broken/faulty sticks.

RIP Sher-Wood

I grew up playing street hockey with a Sher-Wood stick that was used in-game by former Habs forward Pierre Mondou. I still have it - the blade is about an inch high from all that scraping on concrete.
