Need some advice. Any ideas how one would go about selling a woolly mammoth? I've had this thing for years, it's mostly kept in storage. Would be better served in a museum. I've googled and can't find any for sale anywhere. Strands of mammoth hair are being sold but I'm not getting into that business. Crazy. I'm thinking auction but I have no idea of ballpark value. Don't even know where to get it appraised.

It was a legit acquisition, I know where it originates from. No worries of being caught with something found out to be stolen from an ancient tribal burial ground.

Guys, it's kept in storage most of the time. It's pretty big, I'm in a small house. No idea what it's worth, they're not sold on ebay. Just strands of hair, like this one. lol

I could pose the question on other forums, particularly ones discussing animal hides.
