I thought we were doing September squats also. I’m up for that. I’d love to run a marathon but I have a tendon injury in my right knee. Squats, rest and gentle walks will do me good this month. 300 a day no problem 😅
let's do a triple tag team, reno does the squats, you do the situps and I run the marathon
