Bump this for me in late August.
I'll be aiming to do something like 100 flights of stairs a day, and 100 bodyweight squat reps a day.
I"m thinking something like everytime I go up stairs in course of day from backyard to kitchen, outside into front door, or first floor from 2nd floor I'll do 5-10 squat reps and keep a little counter at the top of each area. IF I go up basement stairs i'll do a big set of 20
